My therapies are as bespoke as people are unique. I have applied special techniques to treat people with physical complaints, with enormous levels of stress, or people who had experienced traumas. While it is up to the individual to actively contribute to their health, I have been people’s guiding companion and advisor. Yet more than anything else, I act as a mirror showing people what they are actually looking for; namely, themselves. No matter whether they are seeking pain relief or trying to manage the stress in their lives – or to develop their personality.

What is it that really makes sense?
We are surrounded by expectations. Colleagues at work, family members in our private lives, friends in our spare time, ... Some encourage us, but all put high demands on us. We tend to adopt the expectations of others and declare their goals to be our own. This makes us ignore our own desires and needs, and neglect what sets us apart from others. My job is to help you re-focus on what is most important: you yourself.
How can I refuel?
We all have our own, individual level of energy. But refuelling is not an automatic process. If we forget to do so, we end up with physical pain and even psychological distress. To overcome pain, you must discover ways to better cope with the stress and strain in your life.
Where does your journey lead you to?
While many of my clients live a successful life as musicians, their passion is constrained by physical disorders. Others are successful CEOs, but have forgotten how to unwind en route to success. But whatever their story, they all look for answers to the same question: Where should my journey go to?
